No, Our Ability to Perform, to Deliver Good and Clean Verification of Funds, is Not Contingent on You Closing Your Transaction, or the ability of Your Lender to Fund Your Deal.

Do you have a “Set Fee” for the Proof of Funds Service/Seasoned Funds Service?

No, we do not have a “Set Fee” amount for the Proof of Funds or SBLC Service. Please fill out the Application so that we may forward you a Quote.

How do I pay your fee for this Service, and know that I will be provided with the instrument we Agreed Upon?

We do the entire process through an Escrow Account, for the protection and mutual benefit of Both Parties to the Transaction. We don’t get paid unless You Receive the instrument with the correct verbiage and bank signatures.

What information do I need to Provide to Get Started?

Basic Information on the Application.

Will the Account be Established with Seasoning of at least 60-days?

Yes, the Account will be at least 60-days old at the time it is verified if needed. Please check that box on the Application.

Will my name be the Only Name on the Account at time of Verification?

Yes, for verification purposes only, your name will be the Beneficiary on the Account, unless You would like another name added to the account.

How Fast May I Receive the Actual Proof of Funds, or Standby Bank Letter of Credit?

In as little as 3-5 business days.

What are the Minimum and Maximum Amounts to be Verified?

$1,000,000 is the Minimum, up to $500,000,000 Maximum. However, we do have the ability to approve up to $2,000,000,000 per project, through the application process and verification of ability to close on the instrument.

Is there any Credit Score or Credit Check Required?

No.

What is the Minimum and Maximum Time the Accounts Can be Opened for?

30-60 days is the Minimum. 12 Months, or 1 Year is the Maximum. The accounts May be Held Open for Additional Periods Upon Mutual Agreement, Often with Discounted Rates.

Is this legally done?

Yes, this procedure for Proof of Funds, and Standby Bank Letter of Credit, is done legally through a joint venture agreement for the protection of both parties. We become an equity partner in your project for a fee.
